This Privacy Policy describes how CrystalClear handles information when you use app.crystalclear.finance.

1. Information we collect

1.1 Wallet addresses

When you connect your wallet, we receive your public wallet address. We store the addresses that interact with the vault contracts on-chain, which is inherently public information.

1.2 Technical data

Our server logs record IP addresses, browser user-agent strings, and timestamps of requests to the Service. We use this data to operate the Service, diagnose problems, and prevent abuse. Logs are retained for up to 90 days.

1.3 No KYC

We do not currently collect personal identifying information (name, email, address, identity documents). If this changes in the future, we will update this Policy and notify users.

2. What we do not collect

We do not collect private keys or seed phrases. We never ask for these and will never have access to them.
We do not use third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or social-media pixels.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. How we use data

To operate the Service and process your vault interactions.
To monitor service health and troubleshoot issues.
To comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests from authorities.
To enforce our Terms of Service, including detecting and preventing abuse.

4. Data sharing

We share data only with:

Infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, domain registrar) solely to operate the Service.
Law enforcement or regulators when legally required.

5. On-chain data is public

Any transaction you initiate through the Service is recorded on the Hyperliquid blockchain and is permanently public. This includes your wallet address, deposit amount, withdrawal amount, and timing. This data is outside our control.

6. Cookies

The Service uses only essential cookies and local-storage entries required for wallet connection and user-preference persistence. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Your rights (GDPR / EU users)

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Contact support@crystalclear.finance. Note that on-chain data cannot be deleted.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data we do hold. However, no system is 100% secure. Do not share your private keys with anyone, including us — we will never ask for them.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be announced via the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
